-Coordinate with the office and project management consultants including coordination with government and private agencies related to the construction of the project
-Control and supervise the contractor to perform according to the construction procedure that should be complied with academic standards and according to the contract, including related government regulations, according to the objectives of the office.
-Study and suggest solutions for contractual problems
-Inspect method statements and approve
-Directing, accelerating and proposing to adjust the plan so that all construction projects are ready to be used within the specified time frame.
-Advising the office during the construction process throughout the contract period.
-Examine the request for material use and the use of materials equivalent to the contractor in order to submit to the Employment Inspection Board of the office for approval.
-Check job changes in case there is a need to edit, change, add / decrease job details check the details of the work that has changed, added / reduced And consider the impact on the cost of work and the impact of the construction period under the contract as well as preparing reports for the office for approval through project management consultants
