International highway project from Satun province to Perlis Malaysia to develop and promote trade, economy and tourism between the two countries. It also creates prosperity for the local area along the way.
The route starts at the city of Satun. Connect Highway 4183 across Tammalang Bay until reaching Pu Yu Island through the mangrove forest to the border of Malaysia It is a distance of approximately 35.27 km.
